The APLMC makes every effort to ensure the pet you are adopting is healthy. All of our pets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption with the exception of puppies that are too young or an dog that is recovering from a serious heath issue. You can fill out an adoption application online, simply click on the link at the bottom of this page. (Any dogs listed as a courtesy post, are not with our group- we are doing the courtesy post to help families find homes for their pets. The vet work of those dogs is between the family and the adoptee.) We do not adopt on a first come/first serve basis, as we want to choose the best match for each dog. Lacey!!!
Lacey is a 1-2 year old Shep mix that was found as a stray and picked up by the dog warden. She was very pregnant and at the Mercer County Pound when we pulled her. Lacey had her puppies on March 4th, all 12 of them!!! They are adorable little puppies and are doing well. We need donations to help care for Lacey and her puppies, please help!! Puppies will be available for adoption when weaned and Lacey will need a loving home too.
