The phone number is to a home office and your calls will be returned as soon as we can, although it can take up to a few days. Please state in the message if it is an emergency. Calls will not be returned on Sunday's. In the event you do not receive a call back, please call us again. If you are calling to turn in your pet, we will try to help, but if it is an emergancy- you will need to call the Mercer County Dog Warden.
